Our Website provides the facility to request appointments via WhatsApp and contact forms. Please note:

• Submitting an appointment request does not guarantee a confirmed appointment — confirmation is provided by our clinic staff via WhatsApp or phone call
• You are responsible for providing accurate personal information (name, phone number) when booking
• Appointments are subject to availability and clinic operating hours (Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 8 PM)
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to emergencies, equipment issues or unforeseen circumstances — in such cases, we will inform you at the earliest

5. Services and Clinical Terms

The following terms apply to diagnostic services provided at our Clinic:

• All diagnostic scans and imaging procedures require a valid doctor's prescription (referral) with the referring doctor's name, signature, stamp and registration number
• For pregnancy-related scans, a valid government photo ID (Aadhaar card) and informed consent are mandatory as per the PC-PNDT Act
• The Clinic strictly complies with the PC-PNDT Act, 1994 — sex determination of the foetus is prohibited and will not be performed under any circumstances
• All scans are performed by Dr. Shweta Nagar (MBBS, DMRE, DMRD, DNB) or authorized medical personnel under her supervision
• Scan reports are the professional medical opinion of the reporting radiologist and should be interpreted by your treating physician

6. Payment and Pricing

• Test prices displayed on the Website are indicative and may change without prior notice
• Final charges are confirmed at the time of the visit based on the specific clinical requirement
• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed
• We accept cash and digital payment methods as available at the Clinic
• For procedures like Amniocentesis, CVS and Trucut Biopsy, the displayed price covers procedure charges only — laboratory testing fees are billed separately by the respective laboratory

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by contacting us via WhatsApp or phone before your scheduled time
• No cancellation charges apply for appointments cancelled with reasonable notice
• For procedures requiring prior preparation (fasting, full bladder), failure to prepare as instructed may result in the scan being rescheduled
• If you do not attend your appointment without informing us, we reserve the right to prioritize other patients for future scheduling

8. Reports and Records

• Diagnostic reports are prepared on the same day in most cases — typically within 30 minutes to 1 hour after the scan
• Reports can be collected in person or shared digitally via WhatsApp upon request
• We maintain records of diagnostic reports as required by applicable medical regulations
• You may request a duplicate copy of your report at any time — additional charges may apply for reprints
• Reports are confidential medical documents and will only be shared with the patient or their authorized representative

9. Intellectual Property

All Content on this Website — including text, images, graphics, logos, page layouts, blog articles and HTML/CSS code — is the intellectual property of Nagar's Ultrasound Clinic & Imaging Centre unless otherwise stated. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute or publicly display any Content without written permission
